Welcome to West Site Services. By accessing our website or booking our portable restroom rentals, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, professional experience for all parties.
1. Services Provided
West Site Services offers portable restroom rentals for residential, commercial, and event use. Units may include standard porta potties, ADA-compliant restrooms, handwashing stations, and other sanitation solutions.
All rentals are subject to availability and service area limitations.
2. Rental Period & Scheduling
-Rental durations are agreed upon at the time of booking.
-Delivery and pickup dates will be confirmed via email or phone.
-Requests to extend or modify rental periods must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may incur additional charges.
3. Event-Specific Rentals
For weddings, festivals, corporate functions, and other events:
-Units must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
-Final placement must be confirmed prior to delivery; last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
-Event organizers are responsible for ensuring safe, level access for delivery and servicing vehicles
-Additional servicing (e.g., mid-event cleaning) is available upon request and may incur extra fees.
4. Payment Terms
-Full payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, credit/debit card, check, Venmo, Zelle.
-Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.
5. Unit Use & Maintenance
-Units are strictly for human waste only. Disposal of trash, hazardous materials, or non-sanitary items is prohibited.
-Customers are responsible for ensuring units are used appropriately and kept in reasonable condition.
-Damage beyond normal wear and tear; including vandalism, tipping, or misuse; may result in repair or replacement charges.
-Routine servicing (cleaning, restocking) is included based on rental terms. Additional servicing is available upon request.
6. Damage, Theft & Replacement
-Customers are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of units during the rental period.
-If a unit is damaged or stolen, replacement costs will be invoiced to the customer.
-We recommend placing units in secure, visible areas and using barriers or signage when appropriate.
7. Site Access & Placement
-Customer must ensure clear, safe access for delivery and pickup vehicles.
-Units must be placed on level ground and remain accessible throughout the rental period.
-West Site Services is not responsible for delays caused by blocked or unsafe access.
8. Liability & Insurance
-West Site Services is fully insured and follows industry-standard safety and sanitation protocols.
-We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or delays caused by misuse, vandalism, or third-party interference.
-Customers are responsible for securing units on private property as needed.
9. Privacy & Data Use
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
-Relocate units without prior approval
-Use units for unlawful or hazardous purposes
-Tamper with locks, signage, or servicing mechanisms
-Dispose of anything other than human waste in the units
